Nathan Frankel | CEO

Nathan Frankel

Nathan Frankel brings over two decades of expertise in the scrap metal industry to Linus Analytics. As the founder of Advanced Steel Recovery, LLC, Nathan built one of California’s leading scrap metal companies, guiding it from its inception in 1999 to its successful acquisition by Commercial Metals Company (NYSE:CMC) in 2022. During his tenure at ASR, Nathan pioneered an innovative method for exporting scrap steel via empty leg intermodal containers, revolutionizing global transportation and trading practices for steel mills

With Linus, Nathan leverages his expertise to drive innovation in the scrap metal industry, filling a void that has existed since the industry’s inception.

Aaron Decker | CTO

Aaron Decker

Aaron Decker brings extensive engineering expertise to Linus Analytics, drawing on ten years of experience in aerospace and avionics design. Before joining Linus, Aaron held key roles at Firefly Aerospace and Collins Aerospace, where he developed advanced systems, including avionics for space suit and rocket platforms. His experience encompasses software development, PCB design, rapid prototyping, and full-stack web development.

As CTO, Aaron leverages his technical expertise to develop transformative technology that empowers scrap metal manufacturers to harness their data, enabling smarter decision-making and operational optimization.
